Pricing & Registration

Once again our Annual Retreat will be held at Elim Lodge Christian Retreat & Conference Centre located in Peterborough Ontario on the picturesque shores of Pigeon Lake.

This venue was chosen to provide a more central location for our Ontario and Quebec constituents as well as to provide a more relaxed atmosphere that would be favourable to supporting two of Elim Canada’s core values; freedom of worship in which we experience the manifest presence of God and the ministry of the Holy Spirit among us and the building of strong relationships.

Pricing

Prices include: 3 nights accommodation, 8 meals (3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3 dinners), and all sessions.

All of the accommodations have been recently re-modeled with new bathrooms and kitchenette areas. Most of the units have microwaves, fridges, stoves and even coffee makers so you can feel right at home. Rooms are made up with linens & towels. Pillows and blankets are provided.

Our retreat structure is set up with a cost for single or double occupancy and there is also reduced rates for teens and for children. Our program begins on Monday with arrival and check-in at 5:00pm with our first meal at 5:30 in the dining room, followed by our first session at 7:00 pm. Your registration includes 3 nights accommodation and 8 meals finishing with check-out after breakfast on Thursday morning. Since this is a retreat there is no variations available from the program that has been arranged. We sincerely hope that you will be able to come and participate in the entire program that has been planned and also to enjoy the beautiful facilities that are available at the lodge.

CHOOSING YOUR FACILITY

As mentioned, the accommodations are of various shapes and sizes from 2 bed motel suites to 3 bedroom apartments. If there is a group traveling that would like to stay together you can request an apartment with 3 or 4 separate bedrooms but a common sitting and coffee/snack area. All of your requests should be specified on the registration form and we will do our best to suit your needs. You should also let us know if you have any food allergies or require “main floor only” as many of the units have stairs. The chef that is preparing our meals can also accommodate a variety of restrictions, they just need to know in advance, when you are registering.
